Insurance Retentions Consultant with minimum 2 years’ call centre sales experience and minimum 1 year’s retention experience in the short term insurance industry, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred
  • NQF4 Short Term Insurance (150 FAIS credits) and RE5 essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ short term insurance sales in a call centre environment required
  • Minimum 1 year’s retention experience essential
  • Cold calling experience and stable employment record required
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination


  • Full function Short Term Insurance and VAPS sales
  • Retaining VAPS and Short Term Insurance clients
  • Quotations and arranging appointments
  • Closing sales
