Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in the Financial Services Industry (3 years) and in a fast paced working environment, required to partner with key stakeholders in this JSE listed FSP, and to provide comprehensive in-house recruitment services on a national basis.  Position is based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:

  • HR qualification required
  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment essential
  • HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Financial Services Industry experience preferred


  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
  • Source, attract and place quality talent, managing end-to-end recruitment process
  • Advertise on company website, job portals and social media
  • Network and build talent pipeline
  • Telephonic screening and shortlisting of candidates
  • Interviewing of shortlisted candidates
  • Conduct background checks
  • Extend offers
  • Feedback to candidates
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Implement talent retention initiatives
  • Career guidance
  • Report on all recruitment activities
