Marketing Manager with formal qualification and 5-8 years’ operational and management experience in sale/earthmoving and marketing, preferably in the earthmoving/construction machinery industry, required to develop and expand sales channels throughout Africa. Develop and implement marketing strategy to support overall business strategy and expand business into new territories and improve current dealer network.

Minimum requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification required – Business Administration / Logistics / Marketing
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant marketing and sales experience, preferably in the construction machinery/earthmoving equipment industry required
  • Previous experience in expanding sales channel into Africa beneficial
  • Previous experience in growing a Dealer Network/Market in Africa advantageous


  • Expand and develop a sustainable sales channel throughout Africa
  • Develop and implement market strategy to expand business into new territories and improve current dealer network
  • Marketing and business development – identify new opportunities, marketing solutions, action plans
  • Data based market analysis, sales budget and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Review and improve dealer network and appoint new dealers
  • Subsidiary and Independent Dealer management – Dealer appointment, policy and procedure management, assist with appointment process and evaluation, define and review dealer capabilities, monthly and quarterly reviews, manage Dealer Assessment Program, governance, dealer relationship building, market penetrations, Dealer support, aftersales support
