HRBP with tertiary HR qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience specific to the Financial Services Industry, required to provide a value-added HR service to both management and employees of this Distribution Wealth Business Unit, based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements

  • ND/Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology required
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an HRBP role required – specific to the Financial Services Industry
  • Knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA required


  • Provide on-going HR support and business partnering
  • Align Group HR requirements with the business unit
  • Implement HR projects designed for the business unit
  • Provide recruitment and selection support on all levels
  • Provide employee relations support for the business unit
  • Provide HR consultation on all HR business partnering components, including retention management
